- Scale: Phase 1 includes 1 runway, 1 passenger terminal, and synchronized auxiliary facilities with a capacity of 25 million passengers and 1.2 million tons of cargo per year.
- Total Investment: Approximately $4.6 Billion USD (over 110,000 billion VND) for Phase 1.
- Main Contractor / MEP Contractor: VIETUR Consortium (Passenger Terminal) and leading MEP contractors.
- Technical Standards: Compliant with ICAO, IEC, BS, and specialized electrical safety standards for international aviation infrastructure.
- Status: Under peak construction, with completion and operations expected in 2026.
